tuck: double-pole and keep the input pinned (both bumpers or A) — release to stand, re-pole to re-tuck
your ski burns green while you ride it — push in the green for speed and stronger kicks. red = overstayed
sustain the glide: less friction, faster recovery, harder leg pushes
spam your legs too fast and the energy bar drains — empty = 4 s doubled over, no legs, no poles
legs and arms both tire; gliding is the recovery
